The means to the end, decide the end.

Today, with increasing sophistication of business requirements and the complexity of the solutions required to meet them, the success of the project depends to a large extent on the way the project is managed and executed. The ROI too gets influenced greatly if the Time, Quality and functional deliverables are successfully achieved.

At InteractCRM, our aim driving all our service engagement is to provide a cost-effective solution that delivers highest quality results. In our experience, dividing a project into smaller modules with defined benefits and adopting a phased approach is the best way to achieve our project goals.

The delivery framework that we adopt has the following distinct phases:

Assessment & Discovery:
During this phase, we analyze your requirements, evaluate your current environment and design a as-is process and architecture map. This would result in a detailed functional specification document based on the requirements gathered with active participation from the End-User. This phase ends with a clear definition of WHAT the system will to do?
Architect & Design:
At this stage project goals and deliverables are defined, resources are identified, custom integration approaches, if required, are worked out and deployment time line is estimated. The functional specs are thoroughly analyzed and a detailed technical design of the solution is drawn up taking into consideration the hardware and software platforms, existing IT systems, databases & storage requirements. This phase defines HOW do we do WHAT?
Prototype:
Depending on the project, building a quick prototype that displays the solution goals can effectively fine tune the business requirements and architecture design.
Development & Rollout:
After incorporating the final design and architectural changes the actual solution components are built, tested, integrated and tested again and then deployed in the actual environment.
Maintenance:
The deployed solution is then monitored till it achieves its performance goals and inconsistencies, if any, are ironed out.
