Highlights from the IAUG conference
InteractCRM successfully participated at the at IAUG conference in Portland last week [November 7-10, 2010]. We exhibited our products and solutions, which received a warm response. The exhibit Booth had live demonstrations and the InteractCRM team met up with many potential partners.

Our CEO- Mr. Snehal Patel also discussed how InteractCRM’s deep roots in the Avaya ecosystem and community are now being leveraged to create products that allow companies to not only step up customer service but to offer timely delivery of information and documents. As texting becomes a serious business application, InteractCRM has the solutions companies will need to send critical information via text, while maximizing the existing network.
