InteractCRM @ the IAUG conference in Las Vegas from May 22nd to 26th
InteractCRM successfully participated at the at IAUG conference in Las Vegas from May 22nd to 26th 2011. This was the first international conference of Avaya users after the Nortel acquisition and over 3000 people participated in this 4 day event. We showed live demonstrations of our products and solutions, which received a warm response.

The exhibit Booth had a lot of traffic and the InteractCRM team met up with many potential partners and customers. InteractCRM’s SMS texting solutions, callback (virtual hold) and telephony context pop solution received a lot of attention from customers.
At the conference, Snehal Patel, CEO InteractCRM was interviewed by Telecom Reseller on the trends in customer service excellence. Mr Patel spoke about the growing importance of making conversation contextual to drive higher customer satisfaction and the role technology plays to achieve that objective.
