ThinConnect is a desktop CTI solution developed by InteractCRM. This client provides desktop control over telephony elements as well as multi channel communication like email and web. ThinConnect can be plugged seamlessly into the Avaya infrastructure like Avaya Interaction Center and AES to provide an end to end solution.

ThinConnect communicates with Avaya Interaction Center using the AIC SDK to provide a multi channel desktop client for AIC. It can also talk directly with AES and provide a simple yet functional desktop CTI solution for CRM application screen pop and other integration requirements.

ThinConnect is fully integrated with the AppConnect CRM desktop platform from InteractCRM to provide a full CTI enabled desktop CRM solution.
