InteractCRM has worked closely with many large and medium size customers to provide CRM and Contact Center solutions for their business. This has brought us close to the customer and the proximity has allowed us to gain valuable insight into their problems and many a times unspoken needs. It could be a small feature that they may want really badly or it could be a new application altogether which their Platform vendor does not support or have a road map for.

This is where we come in. As a service provider, we use our platform and technology expertise to carve out a solution that fits the application gap. As an Independent Software Vendor, we build further on the solution that has worked in our services engagement and package it for other similar customers who we are sure will find value in it. Most of what we build as an ISV comes from what has worked for our customers and is focused on meeting well identified needs.
