People are spending more and more time on social media websites. When we consider callback solutions, the basic premise is to make life easier for the customer who is increasingly running out of time to accomplish things within a day.

Social callback is the ability to request a callback directly from a social media site like a Facebook page. That way a customer can request a voice session directly from there without going through the process of changing modes from a computer to a telephone, navigating an IVR and waiting for an agent.
